blender 2.47 error help?

i have blender and crashes everytime i push p key and i tried reinstalling it ,and other versions but it does the same thing. it gives me the error sending messege or dont send

I have installed Blender.247 and its working fine.
Have you installed Python.25, before installing Blender?
